  1. Cut to 54 holes; playoff on Monday

Gusts above 40 mph stopped any of the 72 players who made the cut from starting the final round, and the PGA TOUR shortened the event to 54 holes. Seamus Power and Austin Smotherman play off from the par-three 16th at 08:00 ET (12:00 GMT) on Monday, weather permitting; Golf Channel has it live. Power won the 2021 ISCO Championship in a six-hole playoff; this is Smotherman's first playoff.

  2. Power and Smotherman level in the wind

Seamus Power birdied the par-five 17th with two 5-woods in Saturday's stronger wind and shot 67 to join Austin Smotherman (66) on −16. Kensei Hirata, who shared the halfway lead, shot 76. The leaders tee off at 12:46 GMT. [Read the round report](/tournaments/butterfield-bermuda-championship-2026-round-3/)

  3. Hirata and Blanchet share the lead

Kensei Hirata, 176th in the FedExCup Fall standings, shot a bogey-free 64 to join Chandler Blanchet on −13. Seamus Power is one of five a shot back after a 64 that projects him to 89th. The cut fell at −5, and Taylor Pendrith, Chandler Phillips and the defending champion, Adam Schenk, missed it. [Read the round report](/tournaments/butterfield-bermuda-championship-2026-round-2/)

  4. Blanchet leads after a 62

Chandler Blanchet eagled the 7th and the 17th, the second from about 50 feet, for a 62 and a one-shot lead. The wind stayed light and the field averaged 68.5. Ben Kohles made 11 birdies in his 63. [Read the round report](/tournaments/butterfield-bermuda-championship-2026-round-1/)

  5. Preview published

Wind of up to 25 mph is forecast for Port Royal, where −12 won last year. Lee Hodges starts the week exactly 100th in the FedExCup Fall standings. [Read the preview](/tournaments/butterfield-bermuda-championship-2026-preview/)

The Butterfield Bermuda Championship is the fourth of eight FedExCup Fall events. It is played from Thursday 22 to Sunday 25 October at Port Royal Golf Course in Southampton, a par 71 of 6,828 yards, for a US$6 million purse and 500 FedExCup points to the winner. Adam Schenk is the defending champion.

Bermuda is three hours behind GMT, and the last groups finish late in the British evening. A report goes up here each morning after a round, with the leaderboard and, after Friday, the cut. Our preview covers the wind, the top-100 race and Thursday’s tee times in GMT.
